Stay tuned for 2025 Summer Camp registration, join our newsletter for updates!

Summer camp is designed to foster children’s curiosity in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Our days are unstructured and we follow the group energy and what we find on the land.

Experienced and engaging instructors will help campers learn essential leadership and team building skills, develop confidence, and become stewards of the land and local communities.

Please note, we do a fair bit of hiking/wandering on the land so kids need to expect this and be prepared with appropriate gear & backpack.

Recreational camps require that all staff members must have CORI/SORI (background) checks done as well as be CPR and First Aid certified. The law also states that all staff must go through a staff training which is held and completed before camp begins. Furthermore, all camp lead staff are adults whose years of work with children ages 6-17 years old in an outdoor setting have been verified and come highly recommended.

All activities are led by carefully chosen staff with many years of camp experience.

  • Weather Cancellation Policy:

Wolf Tree programs happen in all kinds of weather, from the icy and golden days of winter, to the sunny and stormy days of summer. Given that our programs occur outdoors, we may need to cancel due to multiple factors that include extreme cold or wind chills, strong winds, lightning, unsafe driving conditions, and others. If we need to cancel program days, we will do our best to schedule a make-up day if possible.

We are unable to provide refunds for weather cancellations. Our wonderful staff commit themselves to each program day, and take time to prepare for our programs in many ways - it's important to us to honor our staff's commitment to our programming, regardless of the weather conditions on a given day. By choosing a Wolf Tree program, you are supporting our mission and values and the time and efforts of our team, even when the weather has other plans. Thank you!

  • In each group there will be a lead counselor, an assistant, and a Leader in Training with no more than 8 campers.
